What We Do
Education & Public Outreach
ACMA develops and shares educational programs and resources that support health literacy, preventive thinking, and informed public understanding of Chinese medicine and integrative health practices.
Community Health Initiatives
ACMA engages with communities to support prevention- and self-care–oriented learning initiatives that encourage balanced daily habits, sustainability, and informed personal responsibility for health.
Research & Innovation Support
ACMA supports ethically conducted, non-clinical, non-invasive, and descriptive research approaches related to integrative health. Our focus is on methodological clarity, observational frameworks, feasibility exploration, and research literacy—not on diagnosis, treatment, or therapeutic efficacy evaluation.
Policy & Professional Dialogue
ACMA provides a neutral nonprofit platform for constructive dialogue related to standards, regulation, and the future development of integrative healthcare, with an emphasis on clarity, responsibility, and public interest.
Our Guiding Principles
- Health is a dynamic balance, not a fixed state
- Education and prevention are foundational to public health
- Scientific methods are essential, but not exclusive, paths to understanding health
- Respectful coexistence of diverse medical traditions strengthens society
- Ethical responsibility and transparency guide all ACMA activities
ACMA is committed to serving the public interest through education, research support, and open dialogue. Our work is intended to support research literacy and responsible exploration, and to complement—never replace—the role of licensed healthcare professionals.
